Ingredients

1 peeled parsnip
1 peeled potato
1 stalk celery
1 yellow squash
1 zucchini squash
4 Cup water
0 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice first 5 ingredients. Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes. For a sweeter taste, add 2 chopped Vidalia onions and 1 can chicken broth. Can be served with biscuits.
